FTC signs MOU with Broadcasting Commission

In July 2020, the Fair Trading Commission and the Broadcasting Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which will facilitate information sharing on matters relating to competition in the radio, television and subscriber television services.  The MOU will facilitate the sharing of relevant data, intelligence, technical and legal expertise, and best practices.
