In April 2020, the Fair Trading Commission and the Development Bank of Jamaica signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which will facilitate information sharing on Public-Private Partnership and Privatization Agreements, capacity building initiatives and policy development. The MOU will facilitate the sharing of relevant data, intelligence, technical and legal expertise, and best practices.
