Miss Michelle Phillips, Legal Officer at the FTC participated in an online forum organized by the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce on September 22, 2020. The forum was titled ‘Fair Trade 101: T&T Competition Policy Explained’, with the objective to inform the T&T Chamber of Industry and Commerce on the operationalization of competition policy and its impact on the business community. Miss Phillips provided an overview of Jamaica’s competition law and shared lessons learnt from investigations conducted.
