For the second consecutive year, the Technical Staff of the FTC benefitted from a rich discourse on competition issues by attending the 20th Annual Conference of the International Competition Network (ICN), held virtually over the period October 13-15, 2021. The Technical Staff attended different sessions hosted by the Cartel, Advocacy, Agency Effectiveness, Merger and Unilateral working groups of the ICN. The sessions covered a diverse selection of interesting topics, such as post-COVID competition law enforcement, international cooperation in enforcement and digitalization.
