The Technical Staff of the Fair Trading Commission participated in a two day training session on Competition Law and Policy on June 15 -16, 2016. The aim of the session was to strengthen the CSME Regulatory and Market Regimes. Three key areas were covered: Merger Control Regulation, Cartel and Abuse of Market Dominance. The Consumer Affairs Commission, the National Consumer League and the Attorney General’s Chamber also participated.
