FTC applauds move by the GOJ & the Bankers Association to adjust the minimum requirements to open bank accounts for CARE & PATH beneficiaries. This will allow more persons to access banking products thereby giving them greater choices while at the same time encourage banks to offer new and differentiated products. It is hoped that this move will pave the way for all persons who are able to declare a specific source of income to open bank accounts.
