FTC and Barbados Fair Trading Commission agree on terms for Cooperation Agreement

The Jamaica Fair Trading Commission (FTC) and the Barbados Fair Trading Commission (BFTC), the two oldest competition authorities within CARICOM, have agreed on the terms of a Cooperation Agreement.  The Agreement will shortly see both Government agencies collaborating formally on conducting investigations and market studies, and on crafting policies concerning competition and consumer protection.
