The CARICOM Competition Commission is conducting a market study to acquire a better understanding of the airline industries in CARICOM. This questionnaire seeks to collect information from airline customers on: (a) their awareness of airline cancellation or refund policies; (b) experiences claiming refunds due to cancellations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic; (c) and factors that influence their demand for airline flights.
